The process

The 3 day work process begins with thorough prep work where we wet grind the top layer of concrete to create an etched surface for the basecoat to grip to. I spend up to a day alone on this step as prep work is THE most important step in creating a coating that will last decades. Any company that claims they can complete the entire process in a day is almost certainly skipping necessary preparation steps in the pursuit of saving time, which can lead to catastrophic adhesion issues years down the line. I then clean all dust from the floor before applying the basecoat and the flake option of your choosing in full broadcast for complete coverage and even texture. After the basecoat has cured, then comes scraping and removal of all loose flakes before applying a clear Polyaspartic topcoat to seal the floor and create an extra level of durability.

Once these steps are complete, you will be left with a beautiful garage floor that is more durable, weather resistant, and long lasting than a typical epoxy floor.
